On today’s podcast I talk with Alex Biondo, our director of Sales and Admissions at Yogahealer about the first habit in Body Thrive: eating an earlier, lighter dinner. We rap about why this habit is so challenging for so many people and how we can make it less challenging and more doable.  Some of the most common reasons people want to adopt this habit are to lose weight, to sleep deeply, to have more energy tomorrow and wake up feeling great! And guess what?! This is all within reach and totally possible when we commit to this first habit.

You can live your life in alignment with how you desire to feel today, tomorrow, in 6 months, in a year, or in ten years, by automating this earlier, light dinner habit.

I rap with Alex Biondo about Earlier Lighter Dinners:

  • Why do you want to have an earlier, lighter dinner? What is standing in your way?
  • Kaizen your habits by running small doable tests to see if they will work in your life
  • Use your body as a science experiment

What you’ll get out of tuning in:

  • What does it mean to have a “lighter” dinner?
  • What is your motivational “Why” for wanting to make your dinners earlier and lighter?
  • How do you want to feel tomorrow and what are you willing to do to make that happen?
