As you are changing and upleveling your habits, it’s a good idea to inform others. Not only does this help you stay accountable to yourself by letting others know, but it also gives your people a heads-up. On today’s show Alexandra Epple and I talk about how you can feel best supported as the person you want to be, how to voice your needs, and how to ask for support from the people in your life that are closest to you.
We all need guidance, space, and
time in order to change and become the next level of ourselves. In
asking for help, we are humbled. We admit that we are
interdependent, not isolated, and that we affect each other. In
this episode we show you the simplest, most effective ways to
mobilize support in order to help yourself and others along your
growth paths, how to accept support, and how to relax and expand
into feeling of being supported.
