I’ve been using Gay Hendrick’s book, The Big Leap in teaching the Awake Living Course. Awake Living is all about upleveling your experience of the five elements from Ayurveda to become who you want to become.

We use many tools from many teachings and teachers. I synergize the tools into a system that walks my members through upleveling the elements (ether, air, fire, water, and earth) in their day to day lives. It works. We have breakthroughs left and right.


I practice what I preach.

I’m always a course member, which still being the head coach.

I’m really good at kickout out pedastals and experimenting with my members.

In today’s episode I tell a personal story about what is happening as I break through my own upper limits. I give you a very real life example of how I break through my gratitude glass ceiling.
