Do you have an ! after your name? I spoke with Wah! She is truly a free spirit embodied and an expert in tapping into sound as the medium for connection. Her work focuses on connecting us with divine frequency. I first met Wah! over a decade ago at a kirtan when she warmed the audience up for Krishna Das.

Today Wah! creates Healing Concerts in planetariums and theaters across the country. After our chat today, I checked her tour schedule. I’m going to take her Power of Receptivity workshop in Jackson Hole next Sept. In this episode today, you’ll find out that the important sound is the one that you are making. You’ll get inspired to start singing your voice mail messages. You’ll tap into the clearing white noise power of your own ujjayi breathe. Forewarning: this episode is healing, yogic and inspiring. It will shift you into a more receptive inner space, guaranteed.

In this Episode with Wah! you’ll learn:

  • How do you connect with divine frequency?
  • Why you want to connect with the sound you are making
  • Learn about how to access your distinct voice print
  • How to tap into the universe as our co-creative playground

3 Tips from Wah on Today's Show

  1. Start singing your voice messages
  2. Tap into sound as the basis for healing
  3. Use affirmations and mantras to shift your inner space
