moving through outer space. It’s the universe expanding and it’s
all the movement in the universe. Pitta is the energy of fire, it's
the energy of digestion. It’s the energy of intensity, of focus, of
goal setting and moving towards a direction. It’s the energy of
vision into action. So those energies are really super different.
One expands and moves all around in infinite potentiality and the
other goes towards an object. Think about it. It’s not the same
thing at all. If you're trying to put out a fire, that's one thing.
If you're trying to calm down a whirlwind, that's quite another.” -
