Dosha meditation experience

With my Living Ayurveda students periodically I start our weekly conversation with an experience. When we learn Ayurveda experientially, from the fabric of our physiology, we embed the wisdom in our cells. In this quick practice I help my students connect with Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
