Wheat is not the enemy. Breaking bread is a human bonding
ritual. Dr. John Douillard just finished his 7th book "Eat Wheat"
which still talks a great deal about the importance of exercise for
your digestion and overcoming food intolerances.
Humans have been eating wheat almost 3 million years longer than we
have hunted meat, and now, after 60 years of a low-cholesterol,
highly processed diet, more than 70 million Americans have lost the
ability to digest foods like wheat and dairy. This breakdown of
digestion has damaged the intestinal wall, leaking undigested foods
and environmental toxins into the body’s lymphatic drainage system
and brain.
Eat Wheat explains how both weak digestion and lymphatic
congestion are responsible for the “grain brain” symptoms. Simply
taking wheat and dairy out of the diet is a Band-Aid, not a
permanent solution. Let’s stop treating the symptoms and address
the root cause of gluten and dairy intolerance.
Listen in and find out the root of the gluten intolerances... and
how to how to eat what you want. If you can't digest wheat and
dairy - dig in -
